Billy’s Blog – Friday, 14th Dec ’12

Category: BILLY'S BLOG

Hi chums!  Last night in Gerald Kean’s house was really special.  The gig was a charity event and Gerald had 400 people in his house which really is an amazing gaff!  A big thanks to everyone who supported the event.  Sinead O’Connor was on before us and she dedicated her set to Aslan which was really cool.  I have to say, shop the atmosphere in the venue when we went on was just like a Vicar Street or an Olympia gig!

On the night we were chatting to Bernard Dunne (pictured) who really is a big fan and has been to several gigs!  Peter Aiken from Vicar Street was also there and the owner of Ticketmaster but i cannot remember his name :-/ but he told us he also loves the band.

Tonight we are in Roscrea and the fantastic Dave Morrissey is supporting us so get there early!  Doors are at 8pm and then it’s on to Loughrea tomorrow night!

Christy and myself are on with Aidan Cooney on Q102 next Wednesday, find 19th December for a chat.  Aidan is cool 🙂  He is originally from Finglas and we always have a laugh with him when we are on TV am.

It’s great to hear people are receiving deliveries of the 30 year book.  We hope you like it and our DVD is turning out to be a best seller!  Happy days!  They really do make good christmas presents HO HO HO! 😉

Don’t forget, Vicar Street is not far away… have you got your tickets yet????  (Click here to buy tickets online through ticketmaster)

Keep Rockin’, Billy 😉
